Kelli Marchewka, PA-C, founded The WellSpa with a strong interest in preventive health, vitamin deficiencies, hormone balance, and healthy-aging therapies. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and her Master of Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with highest honors. Her prior clinical experience includes women’s health, primary and urgent care, and emergency medicine.

Her philosophy reflects the idea that wellness is highly individual. By considering factors such as hormones, nutrition, lifestyle, body composition, and personal goals, Kelli works to help clients understand their options and build sustainable approaches to looking and feeling their best.

Dr. Marina Pizarro – Medical Director

Dr. Marina Pizarro serves as Medical Director of The WellSpa and brings more than three decades of aesthetic experience to the practice. She attended Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico before completing residency training in Orlando. Her extensive aesthetic background supports the clinic’s commitment to medically guided treatment planning and individualized care.
